General Policy
Snehyoga programs, workshops, consultations, recordings, digital access, bonuses, templates, community access, and learning materials are generally non-refundable once payment is made, access is granted, a seat is reserved, a consultation slot is booked, or program delivery has started. This is because online wellness and learning services involve limited seats, scheduling, digital access, and immediate preparation.
Refund Review Window
If you believe there has been a duplicate payment, wrong charge, technical payment error, or exceptional service issue, you must write to snehyoga01@gmail.com within 3 calendar days from the date of payment or access delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for refund, replacement, extension, or adjustment.
Approval Is Not Automatic
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Snehyoga may review payment status, access records, communication history, session delivery, attendance, batch status, and the nature of the issue before making a decision. Any approved refund, partial refund, replacement, extension, or credit is at Snehyoga's discretion unless a specific written offer says otherwise.
Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, processing may take 5 to 10 working days after confirmation, depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or third-party platform involved. Snehyoga is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party systems.
No Refund Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, lack of time, missed live sessions, personal schedule conflicts, internet or device issues, non-attendance, failure to use recordings, not reading program details before payment, dissatisfaction based on expected results, or outcomes that vary due to personal consistency, health, routine, or circumstances.
Consultations
Consultation bookings reserve a time slot. Missed consultations, late joining, no-shows, or cancellations close to the scheduled time may not be refundable. Rescheduling may be considered if requested in advance and if availability permits.
Replacement or Extension
If there is a verified access issue, delivery issue, or technical problem from Snehyoga's side, Snehyoga may choose to provide replacement access, batch transfer, limited extension, credit, or support instead of a refund. Such decisions depend on the program type and current availability.
External Payment and Program Pages
Some payments, registrations, and access links may be handled through external platforms. Their terms, refund rules, processing timelines, and technical policies may also apply. Users should read the current joining page and payment page before completing payment.
Final Decision
Snehyoga aims to act fairly, but reserves the right to make the final decision on refund, cancellation, replacement, extension, batch transfer, and access requests, subject to applicable law and any specific written terms shared at the time of purchase.
